David Sexton

David Sexton

- CEO and President LVX System

Beginning in 2009 as a consultant for LVX System to his current role as CEO and President, David has brought a depth of experience in executive leadership in both technology and manufacturing sectors. He has been at the forefront of investor and strategic partner communications and relationships. He has overseen the companies master business planning, marketing materials and customer contract design. David has likely led more presentations of Visible Light Communication Technology than anyone in North America.

David’s critical business functions at LVX System are to deliver stakeholder value through collaborative team leadership, vertical market expansion and penetration, strategic partnership alignment, and to provide a pathway from commercialization to profitability.

In his previous work David has owned, consulted and served in an executive leadership capacity for a variety of innovative companies. He has been instrumental in increasing corporate performance from revenue growth through brand development, sales management and sales channel alignment to increasing profitability with team development, streamlining operations, automation and strategic acquisitions.

Randy Mortensen

Randy Mortensen

- Chief Business Development Officer

Randy Mortensen has more than 25 years of executive experience in management and business development in a variety of sectors including banking and financial services, energy, telecommunications, and service industries.

Randy’s critical business functions at LVX System involve sales and business development, including market positioning and project funding. He is also responsible for market expansion for nationwide accounts, local municipalities, state and federal government projects, as well as commercial, retail and industrial business sector opportunities.

In his previous work, Randy was a Vice-President at Xcel Energy, the President of World Wide Village, a 501(c)(3) focused on sustainability in Haiti, and has served on numerous for-profit and non-profit boards over the years. He also served as a member of the President’s Task Force on Puerto Rico and participated on the Clinton Foundation’s Haiti Action Network and the Clinton Global Initiative – America. Mortensen is an author and keynote speaker, speaking on substance use disorders and mental health awareness.

Tim Murray

Tim Murray

- Chief Financial Officer

Beginning with LVX System in 2009, Tim was instrumental in designing the financial groundwork for LVX System’s 55 subsidiary corporations. He set up mainframe accounting and billing systems and practices that are replicable across the companies. Besides generating annual financial reports and overseeing the CPA Audit process, he has innovated customer proposition and integrated them into detailed and footnote income projections.

Tim’s critical business functions at LVX System continues in refining and implementing best practices and includes financial management, income modeling development, and business forecasting.

In his previous work, Tim has operated at the executive level in the private and public accounting profession for over 30 years. He was Chief Financial Officer and administrator for two charitable organizations. Murray is also an award-winning business plan writer.

Stephen Sarka

Stephen Sarka

- Chief Operating Officer

Stephen has over 30 years of contract and electronics manufacturing executive leadership experience. Through innovation in factor design, process development and employee involvement, he created work environments that produced sustained growth, strict cost controls and quality products.

Steve’s critical business functions at LVX System are to analyze and evaluate the LVX System operations, human resources, engineering and manufacturing. He will also execute strategies and oversee sourcing to ensure industry compliances in support of LVX’s mission and objectives.

In his previous work as an entrepreneur and management consultant, Sarka created and developed organizations with a focus on supporting and building American products and manufacturing. Industries included telecommunication, security, aerospace, Department of Transportation, Department of Defense and LED lighting development.
